Hario V60

Introduced by Hario Japan in 2004 the V60 quickly became one of the most beloved brewing tools within the speciality coffee world.

We recommend a ratio of 60g ground coffee per litre or a ratio of 1:17. So a typical 330ml serving would require around 20g of ground coffee. We would always suggest using scales for a more accurate brew. This will also allow you to tweak your recipe to the coffee your brewing and ensure you get the best out of your coffee.

Acidic and astringent = Underextracted.

Bitter = Overextracted.

Enhance your brew with our fast flowing filters by Cafec which will allow you to increase extraction while maintaining a balanced cup.
