From chemical engineer to coffee roaster. He utilises his scientific and technical background in his roasting approach. Modulating the flavour profiles of our coffees to ensure that only the best origin characteristics are expressed in the cup.

With a decade of experience in the food industry and a passion for speciality coffee she ensures that all the coffee we produce is of exceptional quality.
She works closely with our import partners allowing us to source coffee from some of the worlds finest origins.
