This Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is one of our favourite single origins, we think of it as an excellent ‘all day’ coffee roasted carefully with an ‘omni’ roast profile meaning it will make suitable for delicate floral filter or sweet citrusy espresso with a hint of stone fruit in the cup.

This coffee was grown in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia referred to as the birthplace of coffee and the heirloom varietials from this region are still some of the most delicious and interesting coffees too this day brining extraordinarily bright, floral and citrus notes.
